   Our high quality castings have very consistent cavity wall thickness to ensure consistent temperature control throughout your tool. Depending on your requirements, the cavities can be poured between 1/4" and 1" thick. We are proud to say that our sand is totally recyclable to reduce the amount of environmental waste.

Specially Trained Molders

   Our in-house foundry and skilled molders use innovative techniques developed exclusively by Midwest Pattern, Inc. Care is taken to make sure that a constant and uniform metal thickness is held for even cycle times. Environmental concerns were put at bay with our new sand reclamation center.
    We have a modern aluminum foundry with a pouring capacity of 3,000 pounds and a maximum overall casting dimension of 80" wide by 120" long.   Primary alloys include 356 and 443 aluminum. Other custom alloys are available upon request.
