   In 1967, Tom and Dick Tushaus started with a simple belief: Give the customer a quality product, delivered when promised, at a fair price. Today, our company has grown into a diverse tooling manufacturer, while adhering to this basic idea. The "Pattern Shop" label has evolved into a multi-faceted product line.
  
Our experienced staff along with our modern manufacturing facility, offers the following services:

Expandable Foam Tools – High quality aluminum tooling for Polystyrene, Polypropylene, Arcel, GeCet, and Polyethylene.
Thermoforming Tools – Pressure Form, Twin Sheet and Vacuum Form tools with available plug assists, flippers, slides and cylinder-activated retracts.
Fixtures – Foam-In-Place for refrigeration, Automotive dimensional verification and post-molded trim fixtures.
Blow Molds – Cast aluminum or CNC'd from billet, designed and constructed to meet your requirements.
Rim Molds – Serving the diesel, recreational vehicle and related industries.
Aluminum Castings – An in-house foundry with pouring capacity of 3,000 pounds, using patterns supplied by MPI or from your existing pattern.
3-D Modeling – Offering fully surfaced models from 2-D and 3-D electronic files or prints.
CNC Machining – Three and five axis machining of aluminum billet and wood patterns.
Pattern Shop – Skilled craftsmen constructing patterns in the traditional method in addition to CNC-machined patterns.
Mold Design – Developing Computer-Aided Designs for your inspection and approval. Complete electronic file transfers from a wide spectrum of media.
Quality Control – Our portable CMM verifies pattern and casting accuracy plus surface deviations from solid models. Check sheets available at your request.
Mold Shop – Experienced mold makers finish the tooling process to exact specifications.
Miscellaneous – Tooling progress charts and digital pictures available to keep you abreast of your project status via email.
